**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive recommendations and use of Dexcom products within Primary Care and Community Diabetes Teams, providing support services and solutions (85% of time, combined with market access activities).
- Collaborate with the Market Access team to optimize policy and funding opportunities.
- Provide training and in-service education on Dexcom products and accessories to healthcare professionals (10-15% of time).
- Increase market share and territory revenue in line with company expectations, utilizing cross-functional support.
- Maximize strategic partnerships to boost sales of standalone products.
- Manage the territory efficiently, allocating time based on customer and business needs.
- Utilize CRM systems daily to identify and develop business opportunities.
**Qualifications for Success**:
- Fluent in English (desirable but not required).
- Strategic thinker, proactive, and ready to take initiative.
- Knowledge of diabetes products and therapies.
- Proven success in sales roles with strong performance.
- Ability to recognize customer needs and foster innovative approaches to diabetes treatment.
- Capable of implementing sales strategies in complex environments.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Team-oriented with a consultative sales approach.
- Valid Category B driver’s license.

**Experience and Education Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in diabetes and medical devices is a plus.
- Experience in primary care and hospital settings.
