Administrative Assistant

Overview:
To our Bruker Madrid office, we are looking for an Admisitrative Assistant who will provide administrative and clerical support to our department managers and staff. You will coordinate messages, appointments, information to callers, file maintenance, department office supplies and mail. Researches, compiles and proofs word processing assignments. Operates automated office equipment. You will be assigned to various functional areas of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Switchboard
- Reception
- Company car management (quotations from factories, quotations from lease companies, management collection, Update databases, Update payroll value, Fuel card management, PIW file, Fines management)
- Vendor invoices (scan and forward to AP)
- Purchase orders
- Masks & Security clothes
- Office material & Computers
- Occupational hazards audit
- Management parking spaces
- Audit circularization
- Office management, maintenance (printers, air conditioner, heating,)
- Office Cleaning company
- Offices contracts, Documents file
- Recycling, Water bottles, coffe, milk, sugar.
- Delivery of dosimeters, sending dosimetric information to users (Nuclear council requirement for AXS and BNMI systems)
- Send checks to bank
- Other ad hoc projects
- Back up for public tender support
- Mail post management

Qualifications:

- Customer focus
- Native Spanish language
- High English level
- SAP/SFDC basic knowledge
