- Provide guidance for strategic & tactical performance improvement plans.- Bring new insights & ideas to senior stakeholders.- Management of network performance, ensuring all contractual targets are met.- Ensure seamless execution of optimization activities within the framework of the network change process.- Identifying opportunities & developing service improvement plans related to NPO.- Provide leadership to ensure that Network Performance is in line with Network Design, service assurance and network operations.- Work with the RF Design Team to identify and prioritize design changes needed to improve the performance of the network.- Provide insight to and formalize NPO governance processes.- Ensure sufficient checks are in place for proactive/reactive performance measures.- Strategy and roadmap to improve services while maximizing quality, minimizing costs and focused approach towards automation.- Establish performance reporting and dashboards for 16/7 progress monitoring.- Maintain TO SLA’s and identify risks in timely manner- Maintain acceptance documents and uplift where required.- Ensure all performance activities are tracked and history maintained.- Provide guidance and mentor NPO Team members- Establish systematic performance appraisal and skill enhancement process for the team.- Establish and maintain unified performance metrics and their reporting- Baselining the contractual KPI/KQI.- Customer complaint handling and E2E troubleshooting process.- Activity registers - root cause analysis, key learning and expert advice- Inputs to rollout, operational performance, acceptance process and mitigation forums.

**Qualifications***:
- Demonstrable and extensive experience within client Radio Performance and Design.- Technical understanding of the UMTS/LTE/NSA system architecture.- Demonstrable Senior leadership and extensive previous performance related experience in Radio Access Network and Design Management, especially in Radio part.- Skilled and considerable experience of RAN Performance Management Tools and Processes.- Skilled and considerable experience of using MS Access and Excel (and/or similar tools) to analyse data.- Able to undertake complex analysis of telecom based problems.- Ability to analyze trends and turn these into Business and Network strategies.- An understanding of Operational and deployment issues related to Radio Access Networks.- Comprehensive grasp of Key Performance Indicators and measures used to assess service quality within 4G and 5G network systems and subsystems.- Excellent oral, written communication skills.- Work well under pressure and be able to run several projects simultaneously.- Extensive presentation/reporting skills.- Must be able to build and maintain key relationships with customers and suppliers.- Knowledge and capabilities on SEP platform usage will be also considered- Problem solving and decision making.
