For our client, a leading international company related to the luxury furniture sector, we are looking for a Technical Service Agent for the Italian market, to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Customer Service Department / BackOffice in Barcelona.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support customers and local team by acting as a first point of contact for information,
advice, and assistance in technical issues.
- Coordinates the external network of Technical Services for Guarantee, goodwill or
maintenance works.
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service in a technical, maintenance or guarantee
departments by achieving specified performance standards in the handling of events
- Provide support to the Sales Manager and Operations Manager in terms of Technical
advice when required.
- Support the subsidiary in order to achieve quality standards and results.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Technical and Customer Service /
Back Office department.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
- Available to work in a full-time basis.

- Experience in using ERPs and CRMs (Microsoft AX and myXRM may be a plus).
- Eager to learn, able to take over new tasks or responsibilities on his/ her own.
- Computer savvy.
- Used to work in international environments.
- Availability to travel when required (mostly to Italy, but not exclusively, EU trips).
