Senior Product Manager, Search Infrastructure

- We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Search Infrastructure teams. You will be driving the strategy for building out the next generation of the platform powering the Spotify Search experience. This means working on a substantial scale, serving our vast audience of users and the huge catalog of content we have today, as well as enabling continued growth and new features. To achieve this you will work closely with expert engineers and researchers, as well as several internal and external partners. Search is a product area consisting of product managers, engineers, designers, and product insights located in Stockholm, London, Amsterdam, and Berlin.

What you'll do
- Be part of a team, building an outstanding audio search experience
- Articulate the vision and setting strategy and roadmap
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of your team, as a part of Search and Spotify
- Work with the team to ensure an innovative search platform that scales for the future
- Make sure the team focuses on the most impactful work, helping highly skilled engineers to deliver valueWork in a data informed way, using both qualitative and quantitative research
- Work within CET timezone, +/- a few hours.

Who you are
- You have experience working as a Product Manager looking after large scale platforms, preferably in the Search domain
- You have an understanding of recent developments in Search and Recommendation systems
- You are experienced in setting and executing on a product backlog, balancing innovation, with short
- and long-term goals
- You are highly capable of formulating and communicating product vision and strategy, whether it be to your team or to senior stakeholders
