**Start Date**: April 24th

As a **Local Coordinator**, you will be responsible for managing a team of Language Data Analysts, ensuring that both accuracy and output are up to our client’s standards and requirements. The project you will be working on involves the improvement of a major Virtual Assistant through data collection and labeling and you will be a key element in our office.

**Job Duties**

As a Local Coordinator, you will start off by training in transcription and grading tasks. You need to be very familiar with the guidelines and rules.
- Ensuring security and confidentiality requirements are adhered to
- Onboarding new Language Data Analysts
- Training, monitoring, leading, and managing a group of around 30 or more Language Data Analysts
- Communicating progress and output to the client
- Updating existing procedures
- Identifying ways to efficiently train new and retain existing staff
- Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
- Excellent listening, reading, and speaking skills in English
- Ability to lead and manage a large number of people
- Ability to work under a lot of pressure
- Great organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
- Minimum one year of relevant working experience, preferably managing teams
- Proactive mindset
