Who You Are:

- Our Virtual Sales/Omnichannel Associates are reliable, empowered individuals, capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. You are an effective communicator that delivers an elevated customer experience. Keen to collaborate, you are a team player with a positive attitude towards challenges. You feel comfortable in digital contact with customer.

What You’ll Do:
Achieve virtual sales results through elevated customer engagement-
- Build and maintain repeat clientele by inspiring customers with developing continually your knowledge of current trends and styling techniques-
- Drive virtual sales results by utilizing clientele app and all available tools and technology-
- Perform operational tasks with excellence-
- Assure entire meaningful virtual customer experience including post-purchase processes: preparing product for sending, packing, etc-
- Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment-
- Collaborate with management to create innovative ways to maximize personal sales resultsYou’ll Need to Have:
Confidence in delivering exceptional virtual customer experience-
- Ability to resolve all client problems quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction-
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention of detail and accuracy-
- Understanding of virtual sales targets and expectations-
- Comfortable with working on the phone and with WhatsApp-
- Creativity and skills to create digital content to share with customers-
- Able to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment-
- Able to work on different tasks easily - multi-tasking-
- English Language- We’d Love to See:

- Ability to sell with a passion for styling and love for fashion-
