Now, we are looking for a Scheduler in our offices in Spain.

What is the role About?

As a scheduler at Group IPS, you will ensure that projects run efficiently by providing professional-level program management. Your responsibilities will include:

- Perform planning of all high-level projects using Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.
- Facilitate communication between engineering, procurement and construction teams, with the objective of meeting deadlines.
- Providing coordination and monitoring for the entire duration of a project (from start to finish)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, OR related field.
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM) or PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) is highly desirable.
- A Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
- Proven experience using Primavera P6 for managing complex projects:

- Proficiency in Primavera P6, including creating and managing detailed schedules.
- Strong Knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM)techniques and risk management.
- Ability to integrate Primavera P6 With other enterprise Systems (ERP, HR, etc.)
- Ability to analyse performance data and generate accurate reports.
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate with different departments and stakeholders
- Fluent in English
- Travel availability
