**Location**: Barcelona, Spain

**Key Responsibilities**:
Establish trusted business relationship, with commercial and marketing leadership teams in all three divisions, to define and document digital go-to-market strategies, leveraging e-Commerce capabilities

Address business priorities, such as customer segmentation, regional market, new business models to define a multi-dimension digital e-commerce strategy, with a priority on building enterprise wide solutions

Develop a robust digital e-commerce solution roadmap, aiming for scalable and reliable digital components and foundation, and digital B2B e-commerce enablers (ex. Customer Management, Product Selection, Catalog, Order Management, B2B Transaction Management, CX/e-Commerce Analytics, etc.)

Shape, prioritize, manage a portfolio of IS projects, collaborating with other teams as needed (SAP, Middleware, Enterprise Architecture, Security) to ensure optimal delivery, seeking for agility and cost efficiency

Oversee partners and vendors, through project and solution lifecycle

**We Value**:
5+ years prior experience in B2B digital e-commerce, for specialty products, with high-touch sales cycle, with direct responsibilities in strategy, portfolio management, delivery in a global IT organization

Familiar navigating corporate IT eco-systems in global organizations, coordinating, partnering, orchestrating activities across IT teams, with speed and agility, while ensuring security and compliance of IT

Excellent at business relationship management, gaining trust, advising and consulting, and influencing business leadership teams to achieve alignment and agreement ; Positive, constructive result-oriented mindset

Demonstrates structure and prioritization, leveraging simple project and portfolio management concepts, to maintain focus and drive to desired outcomes

Comfortable with standard IT budget, cost, actuals estimating and reporting

People leader with proven success in leading diverse distributed teams
