Within the Straumann Group, our Integrated Dental Technologies organization strives to empower dental professionals and partners to make patient care more accessible, predictable, and convenient. As Global Product Manager you will be part of our highly motivated and dynamic team. In this exciting and versatile role, you will develop and lead the global product strategy, oversee development activities and manage the entire lifecycle of the Straumann intraoral scanner product.

**About the role**:
You will be playing a crucial role in identifying business opportunities, ensuring customer centric product development for software and support in successfully introducing partnerships and integrations into all global markets. You will work closely with development, product marketing and sales teams, growth leads, group brands and partners to ensure successful product integration in interdisciplinary workflows and treatment protocols.

This highly cross-functional and collaborative role requires high energy level, strong ownership, strategic thinking, product management experience in medical device industry and a great ability to build bridges between different functions, teams, brands in a global and multicultural environment.

**Key responsibilities**
- Develop and articulate a clear product strategy and vision for 3rd party integrations.
- Own the product roadmap including lifecycle and ensure the development of differentiated solutions addressing market requirements and customer pain points.
- Collaborate with the product marketing manager in market introduction, launch readiness and geographic portfolio extension.
- Co-create new solutions with customers and conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Interact with customers and countries on a regular basis to gain deep insight on product usage and performance in comparison to competitive solutions.
- Be the product expert and contact person for all product related questions.
- Manage close collaboration with CTO office and development partners for successful portfolio alignment and development towards the group’s platform visions.
- Lead cross functional product team and drive alignment and engagement across multicultural teams and entities. Ensuring a one team approach.

**Your profile**
- Postgraduate degree in engineering, dentistry or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in product management or related functions.
- Experience with medical devices required, experience in dental preferred.
- Experience with software development and agile framework.
- Business fluent in English, other languages advantageous.
