Hello We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our team at HQ. In this role, you will assist with a variety of tasks across the full accounting cycle, ensuring accurate financial data and supporting reporting processes. You will work closely with both the HQ team and our subsidiary teams to ensure proper setup, integration, and alignment with HQ accounting procedures. Additionally, you will support tax-related matters, assist with payment processing, handle bank transactions, and contribute to the automation of accounting processes. Familiarity with \*\*NetSuite or \*\*SAP is a plus.\*\*\*\*Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily accounting tasks across the full cycle
- Ensure subsidiaries are properly set up and integrated with HQ accounting processes
- Review and verify financial data, ensuring accuracy in the ERP system
- Assist with payment processing and ensure data accuracy across systems
- Handle bank transactions and ensure proper reconciliation
- Support financial reporting with accurate data and assist in automating procedures
- Provide support with tax-related tasks as needed
- Review and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with subsidiary teams to ensure consistency and alignment with HQ practices
- Assist the HQ finance team with additional tasks as required

**\*\*Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, bank reconciliation, and tax regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with \*\*NetSuite or \*\*SAP is a plus (not mandatory)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in \*\*English
