For more information, visit www.suninvestmentgroup.com **As the company is constantly growing, we are looking for a Permitting Manager in Spain**. The aim of the role is to be responsible for developing and authorise the renewable projects in Spain, mapping and approaching with relevant stakeholders including grid companies, negotiating and concluding agreements with advisors and consultants to follow the relevant permits applications. **Tasks**: - Analyzing PV and Wind project sites and development process to obtain the relevant authorizations - Project permitting management, working with the main internal and external stakeholders, local developers, public entities, municipalities, technical partners to discuss results and risk mitigation plans - Bref, manage the PV projects authorisation process to get the RTB - Review the technical, administrative, and legal documentation - Regular communication with the entities, department involved in the development phase **Requirements**: - Master at university level or an equivalent institution within engineering, architecture, law, economics, etc - Good knowledge of the environmental and permitting regulation and planning in Spain - Min. 3 years of work experience solar PV industry - Knowledge of greenfield development dynamics and project feasibility analysis - Used to work with national, regional and local administrations and stakeholders - Due Diligence experience - Ability to perform detail-oriented, critical reviews of technical documentation - Software skills: MS Office, GIS, Project, CAD.
