AVL Iberica offers a job in Spain (ES) as**Calibration Engineer Hybrid Powertrain**
- Several possibilities for Calibration Engineers within our growing workgroup that include:**System validation engineers**:Follow a validation plan to verify the correct behavior of powertrain components when submitted to a failure

**Powertrain debug engineers**:Assist production / end-of-line / dealerships and calibration teams to maintain prototypes and customer vehicles fully operational

**Calibration data management**:Assembly, validation and industrialization of calibrations related to powertrain components

**Generic calibration engineers**: Plan and perform a wide range of tests within engine bench and vehicle on engine base calibration / emission / diagnostics or driveability

**Calibration pilots**:work together with junior and senior calibration engineers to ensure the proper development of the calibration (technical lead - overview of all activities)- Mostly gasoline hybrid platforms within our current projects- Calibration of internal combustion engine and high voltage components**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Depending on selected role**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Education: Mechanical /Automotive / or similar Engineering degree
- Provided understanding of internal combustion engines and power electronics
- Competences acquired on ETAS INCA, AVL Concerto, Vector Canalyzer, AVL Concerto, AVL Creta, DDT2000; Matlab simulink or similar tools required
- English and Spanish required
- French is a plus
- Driving license B (passenger cars) mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of previous calibration experience. Preferable in hybrid systems**ABOUT AVL IBERICA**
