**About the Team**:
Casumo believes that excellence can be delivered in all aspects of the product. We are looking for the right product professional with a data driven mindset and strong business understanding to join the Product team to deliver on this mission.

**As Product Manager, you will**:

- Work with business owners, stakeholders and the rest of the Product team to produce a product vision and road-map to enable increased lifetime value of our players through product engagement mechanics and CRM.
- Research and analyze the market, understand competitors and listen to users to impact the product roadmap.
- With the use of data and business needs, define and build business cases and produce product specifications to improve our products to affect growth.
- Together with business owners, assess value, develop cases, and prioritize tasks, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
- Serve as a Product Owner in a Scrum team ensuring there is a healthy backlog.
- Provide backlog management, planning, and elaboration of the user stories as well as create the requirements.
- Lead the planning of product release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.
- Run tests, obtain results and perform detailed analysis on the success and impact of product improvements.
- Produce Sprints/Roadmap Reporting to provide visibility on what the team has been working on, and what will work on in following sprints

**You are**:

- Has at least 3-5 years experience in building customer-facing products in a similar Product role.
- Has a data-driven mindset to evaluate impact and success.
- Has knowledge of agile methodologies and worked in an agile environment.
- Knows when to initiate and lead, and when to play back-line and support.
- Cares deeply about great products and their experiences.
- Is a problem solver, multitasker and initiator.
- Is a hands-on type of character, yet with a strategic approach.
- Is amazing at communication, both verbally and in writing.
- Thrives at the intersection of Design, Tech and Business.
