OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
Apoyar las actividades de comunicación relacionadas con el proyecto de información médica en España llevadas a cabo por el Especialista en Comunicación Médica, tales como producción de materiales de comunicación para médicos y congresos, formación, gestión de muestras y merchandising.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
- Create, review and update communication materials for medical doctors, once the scientific content has been defined: visual aids, flyers, promotional items, advertising pages, stands and exhibition spaces for medical congresses.
- Supervise all stages and deadlines for the development, production, and shipment of communication materials, samples and merchandising, and constantly control warehouse stocks.
- Support digital activities of the medical information department such as company’s web site for
medical professionals, CRM, digital surveys.
- Coordinate the flow of participation and sponsorship in national and local medical congresses.
- Manage and constantly update samples forecasts, according to the Company strategy for medical information.
- Support the management of medical consultants and guest speakers.
- Constantly update paper and electronic files of medical communication materials.
- Support training activities of the medical information department
