- Proven ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders outside core org
- Clear and concise written and verbal communications (previous ownership of XBRs and OP reviews a plus)

Job summary
The Program Manager of EU Seller Experience (SX) will create the authoritative metrics and knowledge base for EU 3P leadership to track SX performance. Through interaction with all relevant teams to scope available metrics and a strategic discussion with leadership, the program manager will take an active part in defining the goals and metrics and create an SX dashboard to monitor the progress various teams are making towards SX improvement. Together with the Head of EU SX and the various channel (FBA/ MFN) SX leaders, they will track implementation of SX improvement initiatives as well as the impact on Seller sentiment and perception of Amazon as a channel.
Key job responsibilities
- Identify existing SX monitoring tools for EU 3P and create new ones where needed
- Track and report on progress in SX improvement across multiple teams and orgs
- Contribute to the creation of the vision for SX improvement in the EU
