Para seguir creciendo y llevar nuestra oferta de servicios a otro nível, buscamos profesionales que compartan nuestros valores y quieran formar parte de un proyecto en plena expansión. Por ello, estamos ampliando nuestro equipo e incorporando un/a Front Office Agent.

Las principales funciones del puesto son:

- Dar la bienvenida a los/as huéspedes al entrar y confirmar sus reservas.
- Brindar un servicio sobresaliente y guiar a nuestros/as huéspedes a través de la historia de nuestra Casa para convertir su estancia en algo inolvidable.
- Velar por la satisfacción de nuestros/as clientes/as en todo momento saludándoles a su paso, dirigiéndose a ellos por su nombre, e interesándose por sus necesidades.
- Actuar como punto de referencia para los/as huéspedes que necesiten asistencia o información y atender sus deseos y necesidades: reserva de entradas para conciertos y teatros, recomendar lugares para comer o visitar, organizar recogidas en el aeropuerto y otros transportes.
- Adquirir un amplio conocimiento de los locales y comercios cercanos para realizar las recomendaciones más adecuadas.
- Apoyo en la organización de eventos y excursiones a demanda.
- Comprender las necesidades relativas a la estancia de los/as huéspedes en el hotel y brindarles soluciones personalizadas sugiriéndoles actividades e instalaciones proporcionadas por el mismo alojamiento.
- Atender y gestionar telefónica y presencialmente a los/as clientes/as.
- Promover y mantener la privacidad y garantizar la seguridad de los/as huéspedes.
- Resolver incidentes a la mayor brevedad posible y superando las expectativas del/la cliente/a.
- Gestionar adecuadamente todos los procesos que pasan por recepción: reservas, disponibilidad, check in/check out, facturación y cuadre de datos contables.

Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa

Sueldo: 25.000,00€-27.000,00€ al año
