**Job Title: OT Engineer**

- We are seeking a motivated and skilled Operational Technology (OT) Engineer.
- In this role, you will help ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of OT systems while collaborating closely with IT, production, and external partners.

**Work modality**
- Type: Full-time
- Modality: On-site during the first year, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid model thereafter.

**Key responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain user requirements specifications, procedures, and work instructions using the document management system (ManGo).
- Manage change controls and related documentation through the quality system (TrackWise).
- Coordinate vendors and service providers, including quotation requests, scheduling, and supervision of activities on-site and off-site.
- Collaborate with IT teams to manage service requests and incidents (Jira, ServiceNow).
- Perform configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of OT systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plant equipment issues to ensure operational continuity.

**What we’re looking for**
- Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electronics, or a related technical field).
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in the industrial sector; GxP environment experience is a plus.
- Background in industrial automation, including:
- PLCs: Siemens, Rockwell
- SCADA: Wonderware, System Platform
- HMI: Siemens
- (Deep programming expertise not required.)
- Knowledge of Windows environments, virtual machines, databases, firewalls, and network infrastructure.
- Understanding of IT/OT connectivity (networks, Active Directory, backup & restore, endpoint protection, etc.).
- Experience with IT management tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
- Awareness of industrial cybersecurity (OT security) principles.
