**The project and your role**:
We are partnering with a leading **digital agency from the UK** on multiple web and content management projects. As they continue to grow, we are looking for a **Senior Optimizely Developer / Tech Lead** to join our team and take ownership of the technical direction for key client engagements. You'll work with an international team to deliver high-performance websites and digital solutions built with Optimizely.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and architecture of web solutions using **Optimizely (formerly Episerver)**.
- Work closely with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other developers.
- Ensure code quality, best practices, and performance standards are met.
- Collaborate in sprint planning, estimation, and code reviews.
- Stay updated with the latest in Optimizely and.NET technologies to guide the team effectively.
- Support the deployment and maintenance of digital platforms and integrations.

**Your skills**:

- ** 5+ years of experience** in.NET development, with **strong hands-on experience in Optimizely**:

- Proven experience in **leading development teams** or acting as a technical lead
- Deep understanding of **CMS architecture**, custom module development, and integrations
- Experience working in **agile environments** with version control and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or above)
- Experience working with international clients or teams is a plus
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus
