**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

The new GDF Product Solutions team is being created and will centralized the product definition and the product development for the debt financing products of the division (Structured Finance, Leveraged Finance, Corporate Debt -Syndicated loans and DCM- and Securitisations) from an end to end perspective. The team will promote new products and initiatives including the ESG implementation, work on the transformation the GDF origination and contribute to the digital cultural shift on the products.

We need someone to help us in different fronts:

- Work on the strategic development agenda: (i) identify and develop new product opportunities jointly with the global product heads; (ii) industrialization, automatization and digitalisation for the GDF business globally
- Coordinate internal pitches to promote initiatives, products or projects and prepare materials including quality marketing presentations both from a content and visual perspective
- Work on the different product workstreams with the different stakeholders:

- Risk frameworks: alignment, supervision and limits monitoring
- Capital: prioritization exercises, regulatory changes assessments, coordination with PDM and ACPM on capital release strategies
- Revenue and liquidity optimization exercises: cost of funds and sharing agreements
- Accounting implications for the products with focus on IFRS9
- Operations: work closely with MO and BO when identifying improvement areas
- ESG Solutions
- Coordinate with the Product Development team members the strategy for the GDF franchise

EXPERIENCE

+2y experience in Front Office, Credit Risk, MO, Product Development, Auditing, Strategic Consultancy is highly valued

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics
Other finance background (CFA and/or MBA) is highly valued

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Languages: Fluent in English; Spanish and any other language are optional and a plus
- Strong analytical background and communication / presentation skills
- Proactivity and creativity to take initiatives and propose solutions with a high degree of commitment in a demanding environment
- Also, the following skills would be a plus:

- Understanding of the capital requirement regulation, accounting (IFRS9) and its implications in loans/credit products
- Understanding of Bond and Loans related ancillary business products (rates, transactions banking )
