**About us**: The Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute (IGTP) is a public research centre located in Badalona. Its main objective is to increase scientific knowledge in order to transform it into solutions to improve the health and medical care of patients and the community. The Institute is associated with one of the major university hospitals in the Barcelona area, the Germans Trias i Pujol Hospital, and is part of the Can Ruti biomedical campus. The IGTP offers a supportive, friendly and collaborative ecosystem to promote professional development and help you achieve your research goals. **JOB DESCRIPTION**: The Endocrinology and Obesity group led by Dr. Manel Puig Domingo at IGTP is seeking a talented and motivated **Postdoc Researcher**with previous experience in clincical data management in pituitary-related diseases to participate in the project “ACROMICS: next-generation precision medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of Acromegaly”, with file PMP22/00021, funded by the Instituto de Salud Carlos III. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**: The main objective of the project is to collect clinical data and to monitor clinical assays in endocrinological syndromes caused by pituitary tumours (Acromegaly and Cushing mainly). **QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCIE**: - Medical Doctor and PhD in Medicine specialized in endocrinology - Knowledge of databases in pituitary-related diseases. - Management of clinical trial in the field of neuroendocrinology. - Capacity to work in mixed basic-clinical teams. - Fluency in English. - Motivated and extrovert people. **WHAT WE OFFER**: - Indefinite contract (Ley de la ciencia) This contract is linked to the project PMP22/00021 "ACROMICS: next-generation precision medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of Acromegaly". 10h per week. - Date of incorporation: September 2025. - Flexible payment (childminding vouchers). - 23 days holiday and 5 days for personal matters. - Training capsules by the company. - Be part of an excellent multidisciplinary research centre with the HRS4R badge. - Location on the Can Ruti Campus, a first-class translational research environment in the Barcelona area, in a very stimulating scientific environment.
