**_ ¿Cuál será tu misión?_**

Como Deposit Payments Executive, te encargarás de la gestión de la cartera de proveedores asignada, garantizando la conciliación correcta de sus cuentas, el control de depósitos y garantías, y la ejecución de pagos. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos para asegurar una relación fluida y eficiente con nuestros partners.

**Tus funciones principales serán**:

- Gestión y conciliación de cuentas a proveedores.
- Seguimiento y control de contratos de Depósitos y Garantías.
- Preparación de presupuestos y pagos quincenales.
- Atención de reclamaciones por correo electrónico y teléfono.
- Gestión y seguimiento de disputas de proveedores.
- Reclamación y control de saldos deudores.
- Mantenimiento actualizado del dato maestro vinculado.

**Requisitos**:
**¿Qué buscamos?**
- Formación Profesional en Administración y Gestión de Empresas o similar.
- Nível de inglés C1 (requisito imprescindible).
- Experiência previa en cuentas por pagar y gestión de proveedores.
- Conocimientos sólidos en contabilidad y finanzas.
- Experiência con sistema contable SAP Hana.
- Nível medio en Excel (formulación y tablas dinámicas).
- Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas.
- Capacidad de análisis y trabajo en equipo.
- Buena actitud frente a los cambios y mentalidad de mejora continua.
