We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Senior Power Platform Engineer** to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and deployment of innovative solutions leveraging the full capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform, which includes Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects that address complex business problems and drive significant improvements in operational efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, IT professionals, and end-users, to ensure that the solutions you develop meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Additionally, you will act as a mentor and advisor to junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help elevate the overall skill set of the team.

In this role, you will also be responsible for staying abreast of the latest advancements in Power Platform technologies and best practices. You will continuously explore new features and functionalities, ensuring that our solutions remain at the forefront of technological innovation. **Responsibilities**:
**Design and Development**:

- Create automated workflows with Power Automate.
- Develop interactive dashboards and advanced reports in Power BI.
- Implement intelligent chatbots and customer service solutions with Power Virtual Agents.

**Collaboration and Consulting**:

- Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand requirements and propose efficient solutions.
- Act as an internal consultant for best practices in Power Platform utilization.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and end users.

**Optimization and Improvement**:

- Identify continuous improvement and process optimization opportunities.
- Ensure the quality and scalability of developed solutions.
- Implement and manage integrations with other Microsoft and third-party systems and services.

**Training and Documentation**:

- Develop and conduct training sessions for end users and internal teams.
- Document processes, designs, and implementation procedures clearly and in detail.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and managing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Great interpersonal skills and a keen inclination toward collaborative teamwork.

Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.

Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.

Proficiency in RAD tools, such as low-code platforms, and experience with Agile methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
