**What You'll Do**:
Als unser/-e Account Strategist Praktikant/-in wirst Du daran arbeiten, das breite Spektrum an bestehendem Geschäft aus verschiedenen Branchen zu betreuen und weiter auszubauen sowie strategische Partnerschaften für Criteos Produkte zu entwickeln.

Unterstütze bei der Betreuung verschiedener Kundentypen durch:

- Überwachung, Optimierung und Berichterstattung der Kampagnen-Performance an Werbetreibende und Media-Agenturen
- Lösung von Kundenproblemen oder -fehlern bei Kampagnen: Fehlerbehebung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business Intelligence
- und Technical Solutions-Team, um mögliche Probleme zu untersuchen
- Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Optimierung des Designs ihrer Werbemittel zusammen mit unseren Creative Designern
- Unterstützung des AS-Teams bei der Identifizierung von Wachstumschancen innerhalb des bestehenden Kundenportfolios
- Durchführung administrativer Aufgaben wie das Erstellen von IOs und Tickets
- Verbesserung von Tools und internen Prozessen: Du wirst zur Verbesserung von Tools und Prozessen beitragen, um bestimmte Aufgaben zu automatisieren und zu optimieren (z.B. Überwachung der Leistung, Identifizierung von Chancen)

**Who You Are**:

- Idealerweise hast Du bereits ein Praktikum im Bereich Vertrieb und Kundenservice in einem technologiebezogenen Umfeld absolviert
- Geschäftssinn, um in einem multitasking-fähigen Umfeld zu arbeiten, in dem Priorisierung entscheidend ist
- Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld starke Ergebnisse zu erzielen
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und ein Auge fürs Detail, um Produktleistungen zu analysieren und Empfehlungen zu begründen
- Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten sowie Verhandlungs
- und Überzeugungsgeschick auf allen Ebenen der Gesprächspartner
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch - in Wort und Schrift
- Leidenschaft für Medien, Internet-Trends und kontinuierliches Lernen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse aller gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
