**Who are we?**

In OMNIOS we specialize in the implementation of Artificial Intelligence in process optimisation and information processing. We partner with big companies from fast moving sectors accelerating and standardizing their decision making through our own NLP algorithms and dynamic dashboards that gather and filter the information they require.

Our goal is to reduce the time of search and analysis of information, allowing our customers to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the decisions they make.

You would be joining a young team and working on fun and interesting projects from day one, having a real impact in the project and pushing the current limits of AI, natural language processing and analytics.

**Your Mission**

To lead and coordinate a development team of four people, ensuring the effective implementation of Agile methodologies and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) for the development of advanced solutions in NLP and LLM.

**As a AI engineering Lead in OMNIOS you will**:

- Technical Leadership: _
- Guide and train the development team in implementing innovative solutions in NLP and LLM.
- Ensure the adoption of best practices and quality standards in code and system architecture.
- Project Management: _
- Coordinate with project teams using JIRA to ensure timely and effective delivery of functionalities.
- Oversee the use of Bitbucket for version control and code collaboration.
- Infrastructure and Deployment: _
- Oversee infrastructure implementation through Terraform and ensure continuous integration and delivery.
- Coordinate the implementation of serverless solutions with Node.js for the backend.
- Development and Design: _
- Ensure the cohesion and effectiveness of web development using React and Ant Design for the user interface.
- Facilitate collaboration between frontend and backend teams for seamless integrations.
- Data Handling and Modeling:_
- Oversee data processing and fine-tuning of LLM models using Python.
- Ensure efficiency and scalability in data manipulation and analysis processes.

**It would be a fit if you have**:

- Proficiency in CI/CD tools, Terraform, JIRA, Bitbucket, React, Ant Design, Node.js, and experience using Python.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems and facilitate technical innovation.
- Customer orientation.
- Good communicator.

**It woud be nice if you have**:

- Intermediate in Agile methodologies.
- A highly motivated developer who wants to work in a fast-paced startup.

- July and August (35 hours per week).
- August 100% remote.
