The role is Hybrid - the projects will be located across the Europe - Romania, Poland, France, Spain

**Role Overview**

Support the execution of a diverse project portfol and ensure that all project activities are performed in accordance with policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments.
- In collaboration with the PMO Manager, lead the project teams with clear guidelines, tasks, and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback.
- Identify, analyze, and manage project risks, sharing lessons learned on a regular basis.
- Monitor each stage of project implementation to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency, risk management, and health, safety, and environment.
- Coordinate and track material procurement in collaboration with the supply chain.
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

**Main Accountabilities**
- Defines all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans.
- Ensures that the project follows execution best practices and policies. Effectively monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource utilization. Monitors and controls project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow. Identifies, qualifies, quantifies and manages project risks, and ensures that all opportunities are identified and pursued. Captures, analyses and shares lessons learned throughout the project. Ensures that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed. Drives the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer.
- Ensures that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with policies and contractual agreements. Coordinates with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procures required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers. Support Supply Chain Management in supplier negotiations, claims and project changes.
- Acts as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.
- Ensures the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies. (HSE)

**Essential Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge**
- Up to five years of project management experience.
- Proven track record of managing project scope, costs, schedule, and vendors/subcontractors.
- Collaborative, solution-oriented approach, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have an engineering degree, technical degree, or project management certificate.
- Passion and willingness to develop in project management.
- Willingness to travel and engage face to face with our customers.
