Functie & Verantwoordelijkheden
- ingrediënten worden zelf voorbereid;
- toepassing van basis-kooktechnieken;
- levert input t.a.v. de samenstelling en wijziging van menu’s, kaart en methoden;
- verantwoordelijk voor voorraad
- en bestelbeheer;
- vaktechnisch aansturen van hulpkracht(en).
Functie-eisen
- mbo 3 werk
- en denkniveau;
- aantoonbare kennis van de basis kooktechnieken;
Arbeidsvoorwaarden & Voordelen
Marktconform salaris: €2.510 - €3.050 bruto per maand (afhankelijk van ervaring en vaardigheden)
Pensioenregeling: conform horeca cao-afspraken

U moet komt uit Nederland, de EU, binnen de EER of uit Zwitserland en heeft toestemming om hier in Nederland te werken--Wij verstrekken geen werkvisa
