**Job description**:

- I am working with Spain's leading Big 4 firm in M&A, assisting to hire Transaction Services professionals for their new office in Malaga. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join as an early team member, and get involved in the growth and development of the practice. Most work is conducted in English, so even if you don't speak much Spanish, you can still apply.
You will work as part of the firm's national practice and therefore be involved in large national and international deals. However, being based in Malaga, you will benefit from a more relaxed working culture, Mediterranean climate, miles of sandy beaches, water sports, fresh cuisine and the amazing Andalusian festivals.

**The role**:
As a Transaction Services Senior Associate / Manager, you will:

- Provide financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to corporate firms and private equity fund clients
- Engage with executive management at target companies and vendor assistance during sell side transactions
- Advise clients on sale and purchase agreements including commercial and pricing negotiations
- Identifying key value drivers and driving financial analysis on buy and sell side due diligence engagements
- Project managing teams and help to develop junior colleagues

**Who we're looking for**:

- Educated to degree level
- 3+ years' professional experience gained in a large accountancy firm
- Minimum 1 year experience delivering financial due diligence engagements
- Fluent English (Spanish language skills are highly desirable but not essential)
