Digital Product Manager

We are currently seeking a **Digital Product Manager** to lead our digital product chapter and drive innovation. If you’re passionate about managing cutting-edge products with a global impact, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growing team.

**-What will your day to day be like?-**

You will:

- Lead the global product **strategy** and **development** process, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with **cross-functional teams **to drive innovation and successful product launches.
- Address customer, employee, and market needs through product **improvements** and new **initiatives**.
- Define key business **initiatives** with senior leadership and ensure effective **communication** of strategy and priorities.
- Monitor product performance using **metrics**, proactively addressing challenges and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Build strong internal and external **relationships** to foster innovation and ensure product quality.
- Lead and develop a **high-performing digital product team,** driving a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.

**-What are we looking for?-**
- At least **7 years** of experience in **digital product management** or **related** roles.
- Proven experience in leading the **development** and **launch** of successful digital products.
- Strong **leadership** skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and foster innovation.
- Excellent **communication** and interpersonal skills to align stakeholders and teams around product strategy.
- Ability to **analyze** market data and consumer insights to drive informed product decisions.
- Demonstrated experience in setting and monitoring **KPIs** to ensure product success.
- Fluent in **English**, with exceptional communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
- A **proactive**,** problem-solving** mindset with a keen eye for **detail** and a passion for product **innovation**.
- Experience in building strong **relationships** with internal and external partners to enable digital transformation.
