Marketing Trainee with Italian

**About the role**

Reporting to CE Senior Activation Manager, this position is based in Madrid, Spain. You will play a key role in marketing products and categories across multiple areas of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Channel Marketing_

You will support the distributor growth by participating in the distributor marketing activation plan, customer base evolution and DSR capability (newsletter, marketing collateral, promotion, webinars, eCom support).
- Customer Marketing_

You cooperate with CMM and partners with Cluster Marketing on deploying and executing the omnichannel commercial programs & sales promotions through the channel and with the sales organization

you will be adapting Marketing tools to build capability of the sales organization in launch, renovation, demand generation campaigns and insights associated with appropriate market segments.
- Brand Marketing_

You will support the CMM to localize, adapt and execute the commercialization of innovation, renovation, and product changes for the country (product test, samples, PowerPoint presentation).
- Digital plan: banner creation, agency coordination, product info, and works with the eCom team to execute ideal Digital Shelf for all KCP categories, leveraging the data in ePIM
- Standard Work_

You will support the team on standard work including websites, LinkedIn digital content development, and budget management support.

**About you**

You are currently graduating from a Master's Degree (or equivalent) within a marketing-related discipline and/or relevant on-the-job marketing experience.

You have exposure to a digital marketing project and/or internship scheme useful but not essential.

You have strong digital and analytical skills, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset

**Last, you are upper intermediate in English / Spanish (B2/B2+)** **an**d** fluent / advanced in **Italian** (C1, mandatory).**

This position is offered as a hybrid internship (6 + 6 months) from the Madrid area.
