**Team info**:
As a Dovecot Test Automation Engineer you will work in the Dovecot Engineering team. Together with your team members you'll be responsible for developing our performance test automation tools and performance test process.

**Our tech stack**:

- Our operating system is Linux.
- Our web development is Django and JavaScript.
- Python
- Databases: Time series DB (Prometheus), SQL

**Your new job**:

- You develop our test automation tools.
- You design and develop our Performance Testing tools (Django, Javascript, Python).
- You own the performance test process.
- You analyze performance test metrics data and generate test reports.
- You set up new test environments in Cloud (Kubernetes, OpenStack, AWS).
- You work together with the development team to analyze found issues and further develop our testing.

**Your background**:

- You are proficient and experienced with scripting using Python and in web development.
- You are familiar with the creation and analyzing of metric data and Performance, Integration and Functional testing concepts.
- You can effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing across all levels in a company.
- You are a team player and you love to share your knowledge and learn from others.
- You are motivated and creative and want to connect the world through Open Source technology.
- You are able to work independently.
