**In this role, you will**:

- Communicate and advocate our P&O Service Delivery strategy to stakeholders
- Define requirements for future P&O Services and IT architecture & landscape
- Support vendor selection processes (incl RfP)
- Support in ensuring timely global implementation of target P&O Service and IT landscape (incl. payroll outsourcing)
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on executing P&O Service Delivery and IT roadmap, including, e.g., LDA IT, global and local expert teams, external vendors
- As a service owner for the P&O P&O Service contracts with providers, you’ll also be responsible for demand management
- Ensure compliance and operational excellence of the P&O IT solutions in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Identify areas for improvement and define measures and actions in collaboration with P&O organizations and in line with our global strategy
- Continuously challenge the status quo and optimize the landscape in alignment with our P&O Service and IT strategy
- Partner with local and regional P&O heads and understanding business requirements to deliver measurable value through our P&O IT portfolio

**What do you need to bring along?**
- You have a degree or comparable educational background in Business Administration, focusing on HR or IT, Information Technology or related majors and bring several years of relevant professional experience
- You have a minimum of 2 years project experience in the P&O and/or P&O Tech space, experience in a P&O Service or IT function preferred
- You bring excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills across diverse countries
- You are motivated and can effectively navigate across different organizational boundaries and work in a cross-functional team environment
- You are proactive, self-directed, results-oriented, influential, flexible, and adaptable
- You bring an excellent ability to quickly grasp complex issues and situations and present them to the target groups in a structured manner
- Fluency in English is a must, German would be a plus
