As a Quality Assurance and Testing Lead, you will have a critical role in shaping the future of our digital banking platform. You will lead a team of QA professionals to deliver high-quality, reliable, and scalable Digital Banking suite. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing a comprehensive QA strategy that encompasses manual and automated testing. You will ensure that all products are thoroughly tested and meet customer requirements and expectations. You will collaborate with product development and technology teams to identify and prioritize testing tasks, spearhead continuous improvements in testing strategy and ensure a comprehensive testing plan.**Role Responsibilities**
- Lead and influence the development of testing strategies for manual and automated testing, processes, and tools, to optimize test coverage and ensure that software releases are tested and delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with product development, technology, and cross-functional teams to deliver feedback on test reviews to promote testing best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of improvement in the QA process, while ensuring that all testing processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain metrics to track and report on the quality of the digital banking product, including identifying and implementing new testing tools and technologies to improve the QA process.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and advancements in software testing and QA methodologies.

**Role Requirements**
- You have solid practical experience in Quality Assurance and Testing in Digital Banking. Alternatively, you may have relevant experience in the payment industry (such as global processors and card networks), fintech companies with tech-driven offers, or big tech players looking to extend their customer relationships into the realm of payments and financial services.
- You possess strong leadership skills and experience leading a QA team as well as extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- You have strong technical knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- You have a proven track record of delivering successful Quality Assurance and Testing plans, with experience leading cross-functional with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- You are committed to creating a truly customer-centric experience, and you are passionate about achieving excellence and continuously improving your work.
- You are a problem-solver with strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
- You are a strong communicator, capable of effectively conveying complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You possess excellent cross-functional leadership skills and can work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
