We are looking for a Procurement intern who will report to our Procurement Lead, Axel and will play a crucial role in our newly created Procurement function.

You will support the Software consolidation project in which you will be in charge of setting the project strategy, collecting requirements and negotiating with the vendors. For this you will need to have great communication skills and work in an organized manner.

**What will I be doing?**
- Review current Software spend data and identify best saving opportunities
- Define the negotiation strategy process
- Gather requirements from internal stakeholders (usage, needed features, possible improvements, etc)
- Contact suppliers and negotiate based on the defined strategy and the requirements from the business
- Complete the rest of the procurement process (Contract management and signature, service cancellation, consolidation of agreements, Vendor risk assessments)
- Report on monthly savings against Global objectives
- Present the results to leadership

**What do we need from you?**
- University degree (eligibility for “Contrato de Formación en Alternancia” or “Contrato para la Obtención de la Práctica Profesional”)
- Availability to join us for a 12-month, full time internship
- Results-driven personality
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Motivation to learn procurement processes (Negotiations, Cost analysis, Contract management)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Stakeholder management
