In this role, you’ll be in charge of positioning Barcelona as the European hub for impact entrepreneurship - with Norrsken House as the epicenter of it. You’ll be in charge of putting the spotlight on Impact Entrepreneurship, developing the Norrsken brand in Barcelona and maximizing revenue for Norrsken House Barcelona.

**Role responsibilities**

Your mission is to maximize visibility for the impact entrepreneurs in our ecosystem, giving them the attention they truly deserve.** Because if they win, we all win** You will also build and implement the Norrsken brand in the Barcelona region, through owned and earned media. Well-known in Northern Europe, Norrsken is still an unknown brand in Barcelona, and needs to be developed accordingly.

Additionally you will transform the House into a desirable, vibrant and dynamic space:

- in which the most promising impact entrepreneurs want to start and/or continue their journey
- that renowned entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, business angels, thought-leaders want to be a part of.
- where third parties (corporates, non-profit organizations/NGOs) want to leverage its facilities and vibe to meet, gather, be inspired and be a part of the solution.
- by getting to know our current and future members, and figuring out what connections and content will make our value proposition irresistible to them.

In short - your job is to create a thriving ecosystem for impact entrepreneurship in Barcelona.

You will report to Norrsken’s Barcelona CEO and have a dotted line to Norrken’s Chief Communications Officer in Stockholm.

**To be successful in this position we see that you are**:

- Passionate about entrepreneurship (most likely with professional experience from the tech/startup ecosystem) and you share our belief in entrepreneurship and modern technology as tools for solving the world’s greatest challenges.
- 5+ years experience from a marketing role, with a deep understanding of how to define a product according to the target audience’s needs, setting prices and building awareness (especially through owned and earned media).
- A goal-oriented person who is comfortable leading sales through a mainly _pull_ strategy (but occasionally through outbound sales).
- A strategic and analytical doer: Someone who sees the bigger picture but who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
- A relationship builder, with a strong ability to engage people and organizations to join forces with Norrsken on our mission.
- A Strong leader, with the ability to bring out the best in your team.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to see and manage different perspectives.
