**#About the gig (Responsibilities)**
- You are the owner of the student experience in Campus classes, you guarantee the highest standards in the delivery of our educational programs and delivery of OKR by your team
- Adapt global strategy and lead its execution to ensure the quality of the student experience, top of the industry placement rates for the campus
- Measure the success of our bootcamps and document all relevant information
- Build a fun, collaborative, high-performing culture and the best environment for your team and students
- Control the budget, oversee Campus operations, student experience and success, and lead a cross-functional team, from operations to teaching staff
- Manage all operations-related aspects of Campus removing blockers, solving problems, and showing a can-do attitude
- Create synergies and collaboration between your team and the central functional teams, including product and education, to drive continuous improvement in your campus
- Work on designing and implementing strategies for resources and process optimization that enable scalability
- Collaborate on marketing strategies to increase brand awareness in your city
- Build strong ties with local companies and communities with the aim of improving outcomes and opportunities for our students.
You will report directly to the General Manager of Spain.
**#Is this you? (Requirements)**
- 4+ years of experience in operations management, building and developing diverse teams, delivering business goals
- Solid leadership experience.
- Demonstrated operational, analytical, marketing, business development and/or finance skills
- Successfully built and managed high-performing teams of 5-10 people
- Passionate about education and changing people’s lives
- Results-oriented with a strong bias for action
- Enjoy community building and love connecting with people
- Big picture individual who is comfortable with the execution
- Really positive. Smile often and is fun to work with :)
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish. Comfortable with both drafting a memo and making a presentation to an audience.
