Actualmente buscamos un/a **Chief Scientist Officer**: **Principales Funciones**: - Implicarse en el desarrollo proyectos de emprendimiento y liderar los proyectos como máximo responsable de guiar y llevar a cabo una idea de negocio potencialmente exitosa. - Definir e implementar la estrategia científica, actuar como enlace científico entre los distintos departamentos de la organización y sus respectivos responsables, gestionar la relación desde el ámbito científico con los "stakeholders" de la compañía, llegando a participar en la relación con grandes cuentas o partners estratégicos **Formación requerida**: - Doctorado o Máster en química, biología, medicina o similares. **Experiência**: - Gestión empresarial de empresas del sector Biotech - Experiência como Project Manager en entorno Biotech o similar **Competencias**: Positividad, innovación, resiliencia, profesionalidad, honestidad e integridad. **Habilidades y conocimientos**: - Elevada capacidad de trabajo. - Iniciativa propia, autonomía (principalmente en entornos de realidad líquida). - Capacidad de trabajar en equipo y de forma no jerárquica. - Forma de trabajar rigurosa y ordenada. - Planificación y organización.
