We are seeking an experienced **AD and O365 Migration Engineer** to join our IT team. This individual will play a key role in the successful migration and integration of Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Office 365 (O365) for our organisation. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supporting the migration of both cloud and on-premises systems, ensuring mínimal disruption and a smooth transition for all users.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Migration Planning & Execution**:
Design and execute the migration of Active Directory (AD) and Office 365 (O365) from on-premises systems to cloud environments.
Manage full end-to-end migrations, including assessments, technical planning, data migration, and user training.
- **Active Directory Management**:
Provide in-depth expertise in managing AD environments, including user provisioning, security group management, OU design, and synchronisation with O365 using Azure AD Connect.
- **Office 365 Integration**:
Assist with setting up and managing O365 tenant environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Office 365 services.
Ensure proper licensing, user migration, and security compliance during the O365 migration.
- **Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution**:
Diagnose and resolve issues related to AD and O365 migrations, including replication issues, sync problems, and user access challenges.
- **User Account & Permissions Management**:
Manage and troubleshoot user account migrations, including mailboxes, calendars, distribution groups, and other resources.
Ensure seamless transition for users, with mínimal downtime.

- Active Directory management, Office 365 migrations: 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Spanish (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (preferred)
