* **Position Snapshot**: Location: Global IT HUB Barcelona (Esplugues de Llobregat) Company: Nestle Full-time position 5+ years of experience as Security Architect **About IT at Nestlé**: **Position Summary**: We are currently looking for a **Cyber Security Operations Centre Architect **to join our **Global Cyber Security Operations Centre **. In this position, you will proactively and holistically lead and support the architecture, integrations and automation activities within the Cyber Security Operations Centre (Cyber SOC) Products. As **Cyber SOC Architect **you will provide the necessary leadership, experience, analysis and design tasks to support the development of technology solutions to ensure that solutions meet business needs and align with architectural governance and standards. **A day in the life of...**: - Lead and develop the architecture for a broader scope of products / platforms, working closely with the Cyber SOC Product Group Manager, Product Managers and Technology Specialists that manage and design architecture for a single product. - Deliver the architectural design for the Cyber SOC product group and inputs to the roadmap by utilizing knowledge of defined reference architectures, technology trends, and implementation experience in order to translate a business need into a solution blueprint that represents an end-to-end technical solution. - Define the guidelines, standards and solution patterns to ensure product-based decisions are aligned with the Cyber SOC Product Group and IT Security's future-state architecture vision. - Design and direct the governance activities associated with ensuring product architecture assurance and compliance - Engage with Tech Leads, Business Analysts, Product Managers and Solution Architects within (and across) the product groups to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise architecture **What will make you successful**: - Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or another similar relevant degree. - 5+ years’ experience with Cyber SOC solutions architectures (e.g. SIEM, SOAR, Big Data) and public Cloud environments (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP). - Experience developing architecture blueprints, strategies and roadmaps - Understanding of agile methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt - Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies - Excellent understanding of infrastructure and network architecture and security - Ability to translate future-state business capabilities and requirements into solution architecture requirements - Ability to propose and estimate the financial impact of solution architecture alternatives - Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations - Effectively communicates in English at different levels in the organization - Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams **Benefits**: - **An attractive and dynamic international working environment **with the most talented and engaged IT professionals in their field and working with best-in class technologies - **Personal and professional growth **through ongoing training and constant career opportunities reflecting our conviction that people are our most important asset - **Great benefits **including competitive salary and a comprehensive social benefits package (e.g. meal allowance, health insurance, transport allowance, Nestlé Pension Plan, discounts on Nestlé products) - **Hybrid working environment with flexible working scheme, **allowing everyone to meet their needs enjoying the advantages of remote work and combining with the amazing Nestlé facilities (dog friendly) and culture - **Social and cultural activities **on and off Nestlé Campus (sports activities, guided city tours, volunteering program)
