This exciting opportunity will focus on:

- Lead Tappx´s CTV/OTT initiative as main project manager.
- Build and lead Tappx´s Supply CTV/OTT sales team which result in revenue growth.
- Improve :Tappx´s market position within the CTV/OTT advertising field.
- Build and grow relationships with different players of the OTT/CTV market (video players (OVPs), OTT platforms, publishers & Ad-tech companies).

Your responsibilities will include:
**What YOU will do**:
Project leader:

- Lead Tappx´s CTV/OTT initiative as main project manager.
- Lead and coordinate the product roadmap with the technical team.
- Take the ownership of new developments and troubleshooting within the CTV/OTT.

Sales and Relationship building:

- Build and lead Tappx´s Supply CTV/OTT sales team which result in revenue growth
- Build a Sales Pipeline:

- Prospection based on defined target publishers.
- Lead qualification based on compatibility with Tappx technology and ecosystem.
- Demonstrate a consultative sales approach, understanding the publishers’ business goals and finding ways to help them reach those goals with Tappx.
- Build strong relationships with OTT platforms and companies of this market.
- Sign publishers and coordinate their onboarding.
- Log actions in the CRM (Hubspot).
- Gain knowledge of the CPM & OTT ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, AdServers, AVOD platforms and OTT in general) and technological aspects of Tappx solutions.

Publisher Optimization:

- Develop and understanding of Tappx’s KPIs and performance drivers.
- Manage Onboarded publishers during the first 3 months maximizing revenue during this time.
- Analyze daily data to detect optimizations according to Tappx’s KPIs.
- Troubleshoot of incidences.

Sales Strategy:

- Represent Tappx within OTT/CTV Market.
- Gather feedback from publishers on possible improvements or new features.
- Alignment with Product Strategyst to better define go to Market and business model of solutions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years experience as Project Leader or Team Leader.
- 2+ years experience managing teams.
- 2/3+ years experience in the OTT industry.
- Knowledge in the programmatic advertising industry.
- Experience working with direct publishers (OTT).

- Demonstrate data analysis capability.
