Senior Content Creator

We are looking for a Senior Content Creator to join our young and dynamic Engagement Team
This role will be responsible for supporting our Learner Engagement team’s projects by being close to our business and creating, adapting and refining engaging content for our learners. His or her responsibilities will also include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types, proofreading the content but also being the trusted advisor to the Learner Engagement team in terms of content creation.
The position is based in Madrid. This is an English-speaking role.
**What you’ll do**
- Demonstrate initiative, creativity & collaboration through ad-hoc projects for various departments (marketing, customer success manager, learner consultant and other related teams across the globe)
- Be resourceful, identify needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
- Support on the design and development when needed
**What you’ll need**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or other related field
- At least 3 years of experience in content writing, and other related fields
- Impeccable writing skills and ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
- Exceptional research, organizational, and learning skills
- Creative problem-solving skills; ability to interpret concepts and use analytical thinking to transform design concepts into learner engagement collaterals
- High comprehension of software like Microsoft Word and Google Docs
- Confident, excellent communicator, with a desire to always improve and grow
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with efficiency in a flexible and fast-paced environment
- Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Cloud or WordPress is a plus
- Multimedia (video creation) experience is a plus
