**The Role**

Architect with extensive cross-experience in virtualization, cloud, storage, and communications. Expert in Linux and Wintel operating systems. Capable of managing complex projects. Responsible for creating complex distributed infrastructure solutions with sales skills to defend them and lead the presentation to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Implement Scalable IT Infrastructure Solutions**:Develop and deploy robust infrastructure solutions that meet business needs and ensure high availability.
- **Collaborate with Stakeholders**:Work closely with software developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders to align infrastructure strategies with business goals.
- **Evaluate and Improve Existing Systems**:Assess current infrastructure, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance performance, reliability, and security.
- **Lead Cloud Migration and Integration Projects**:Manage projects related to cloud migration, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- **Ensure Infrastructure Security and Compliance**:Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- **Develop Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans**:Create and maintain plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or disasters.
- **Monitor System Performance**:Continuously monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.
- **Document Infrastructure Architecture**:Maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure architecture, configurations, and procedures.
- **Stay Updated on Emerging Technologies**:Keep abreast of new technologies and industry trends to continuously improve infrastructure solutions.
- **Provide Technical Guidance**:Offer expertise and guidance to IT teams on infrastructure-related matters.

**Who You Are**

Required Technical and Professional Experience
- Solid understanding of Data Center mainly Systems, Storage, Networking & Security, Application & Databases
- Understanding of Systems and Solutions Architecture
- Hands-on experience & learning with Data Center technologies, Cloud Software, and interoperability
- **Experience**:Proven experience as an Infrastructure Architect or in a similar role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- **Virtualization**:Proficiency in VMware and other virtualization technologies.
- **Operating Systems**:Strong knowledge of Linux and other operating systems.
- **Storage Solutions**:Experience with distributed storage systems.
- **Communications**:Understanding of network architecture and communication protocols.
- **Data Center Operations**:Extensive knowledge of data center management and operations.
- **Backup Solutions**:Expertise in backup and recovery solutions.
- **Databases**:Familiarity with databases such as Db2 and Oracle.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- **Communication Skills**:Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Project Management**:Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- **Certifications**:Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AZURE or similar are a plus.
