For our team in Spain or Germany, we are currently looking for an

**Trade Marketing Manager**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Head of Marketing Europe to lead channel marketing strategy in Europe
- Embracing collaboration and empowering our local channel partners to provide better solar products and services to their customers
- Design, build, implement and continuously optimize channel loyalty program
- Develop and maintain relationships with key channel partners, in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
- Implement channel marketing activities and campaigns with key partners, as well as set and measure KPIs
- Create content and tools for channel partners to strengthen their marketing capabilities online and offline
- Manage training plans for partners’ sales and marketing teams and their clients

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in relevant field; business or marketing is preferred
- 5 years of experience with channel or customer loyalty programs in Europe
- Strong commercial mindset and solid previous experience in influencing channel partners or account/client relationship management
- Curious and open minded; eager to learn and grow
- Excellent communicational skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive and self-starter

**Languages**:

- Full professional proficiency in English; any additional European language (German, Dutch and/Spanish preferred) is a plus
