What project do we have for you?
As the Senior Director at Intellias you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex software engineering projects for our clients. You will be a key member of our leadership team working closely with key clients project managers engineers and other stakeholders to ensure that we provide best-in-class service to our clients.

What will you deal with?
- Lead Delivery Organization
- Lead a team of delivery managers delivery directors engineers and other technical professionals to deliver high-quality software engineering projects for the clients in US EU UK and Middle East
- Manage portfolio budgets timelines and resource allocation to ensure successful project outcomes
- Develop and implement best practices and processes for delivery to continuously improve our efficiency and quality
- Lead the exploration and adoption of new technologies and tools to drive innovation and efficiency
- Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous learning within the delivery teams.
- Be a trustful partner for key clients
- Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their business goals and help to develop tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients vendors and partners to ensure smooth project delivery and ongoing success
- Work closely with business leaders and clients to understand their technology needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements and to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Support Business Development
- Lead and manage top-priority pre-sales providing direction guidance and support to the team and ensure the success of our sales efforts
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Keep Intellias on the edge of technology innovation
- Identify and evaluate new and emerging technologies that can be applied to our solutions and services
- Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy that aligns with the companys business goals and objectives
- Lead and manage our research and development team providing technical guidance and mentorship to drive the success of our projects
- Stay up-to-date with the latest software engineering trends and technologies to ensure our team is always at the cutting edge of the industry.

What do we expect from you?
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Director or VP-level)
- Strong leadership and management skills with experience leading teams of technical professionals
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align technical solutions with business objectives
- Proven track record of delivering complex software engineering projects
- Proven track record of developing and delivering innovative high-quality software solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients vendors and partners
