**The Role**:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Service Management professional to take on the role of Tech Lead - SAP Change within our global IT Change Enablement product team.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide leadership, facilitation, analysis, and design expertise across products and integrated product chains.
- Facilitate and orchestrate agile, incremental delivery of targeted business outcomes (minimum viable products) in DevOps mode.
- Lead technical discussions, foster knowledge sharing, and encourage collaboration within your team and across teams.
- Participate in sketching sessions with behavioral specialists, product managers, and business analysts.
- Coach junior developers and collaborate with operations teams to optimize the continuous delivery pipeline.
- Implement solutions aligned with Solution Architect designs, ensuring they meet IT Consumer needs.

**What Will Make You a Great Fit**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in SAP Change Management, BASIS, CTS+ and STMS Solution Manager,
- 3+ years experience in IT Service Management with a focus on Change Enablement
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Bonus Points if you have**:

- Cloud ALM experience
- ITIL certification
- Experience in ServiceNow SDLC
- Data Analytics and Reporting experience
- Good understanding of Product Management
