Sales Team Manager

Responsabilities:

- Deliver the assigned turnover, profit and any other sales targets taking corrective actions when results materially deviate from expectations
- Undertake business initiatives and decisions needed to achieve assigned objectives, to catch opportunities, to minimize risk exposure, to improve the quality of the team organization
- Keep good sales management by managing, coaching, providing direction and assigning objectives to the sales teams to ensure a proper focus to develop the current business and to search for opportunities in new business segments
- Work with the head of Key accounts and the Key account Team and all departments to get support, define priorities, coordinate activities and to get relevant informations for business management
- Ensure group and sales strategies, policies and applicable laws are fully respected
- Meet periodically major customers and major business stakeholders
- Prepare and contribute to the country budget, forecast, monthly sales comment and other relevant business document
- Approve travel and expenses for direct reports and, within the limits of the Delegation of Authority, price changes;
**Requirements**:

- Solid Sales background, results and customer orientation
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in leading a sales team
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Travel 40% time
