**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the central change lead. Execute defined change strategy
- Liaise with Comms and Training stream

**Requirements**:

- Experience in change management, preferably in a large organization
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to navigate through complex organizational structures and drive change in a fast-paced environment
- Experience leading change initiatives across multiple functions or departments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential barriers to change
- Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team and manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in English
