Fusion Consulting is looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance Consultant to join our team. The role involves supporting, optimizing, and enhancing SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) functionalities within the S/4HANA system. As a key member of the team, you will provide technical expertise to ensure seamless plant maintenance operations and deliver business value through continuous system improvements.

**What you will be doing**:

- Provide advanced support for SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) module, ensuring efficient maintenance and repair operations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design SAP PM solutions that meet business needs, improving maintenance processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain system stability and performance.
- Lead the configuration, customization, and optimization of SAP PM functionalities, ensuring smooth integration with other SAP modules like Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP).
- Manage end-to-end projects related to SAP Plant Maintenance, including upgrades, new implementations, and system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes, system configurations, and enhancements.
- Train and support end-users to ensure full adoption of SAP PM functionalities, providing best practices to optimize plant maintenance workflows.

**Qualifications**
- 5-9 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) with a focus on SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of plant maintenance processes, including corrective and preventive maintenance, work orders, notifications, and asset management.
- Experience in full-cycle SAP implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support, with a focus on plant maintenance.
- Proven expertise in SAP PM configuration and integration with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and FI/CO.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business users.
