To strengthen our motivated IM Department in our Region, we are looking for a passionate IT Regional Manager, Southern Europe (M/F/d).

**Your Role**:
The Regional IT Manager is responsible for the co-ordination of local IT resources to achieve service quality and compliance to Group Standards. He / she makes sure that new IT Systems & Services are implemented & integrated according to established group standards.
- You collaborate closely with the leadership team in the IT Region you are responsible for and with the central Group Information Management team in Vienna
- You are in close contact with the MM Group management team in your IT Region to provide fitting IT solutions to your internal customers based on the trade-off between global standardisation and local adaptation
- You lead IT projects to implement MM Group standard solutions and strategic initiatives in your IT Region, but also IT modernisation and optimisation projects specific to your IT Region
- You collect demands and requirements in your IT Region and consolidate and present them to stakeholders in the central Group Information Management team
- You manage the local IT in plants and IT stakeholders in your IT Region and continuously track, monitor and report service level fulfilment and compliance status
- You plan and support change and communication programs across different locations in your IT Region
- You would be based in one of the production facilities in your IT Region and will need to plan limited travelling to other locations in your IT Region to meet your team and relevant stakeholders

**Your Profile**:
EDUCATION:

- Completed education or studies in the field of business informatics, informatics or similar

COMPETENCIES:

- Experience as a team leader in similar on-site and hybrid working environment (a pproximate 6 people managed in total all levels)
- Good project management skills to plan and steer IT implementation projects
- Good communication skills and capability to adapt your communication style (written and oral) to the situation and the target audience
- Excellent M365 skills, in particular Excel, Word and Teams
- Very good English skills (C-level) and knowledge of the local language in the largest country of your IT Region
