**The Institute**
The Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) is an international biomedical research institute of excellence, based in Barcelona, Spain, with more than 400 scientists from 44 countries. **The role**
We are looking to cover a position in computational science for analysis of biological data. Specifically, we are looking to identify a computational engineer to analyse genomic data that helps to identify master regulators of retinal regeneration.
**About the l**ab**
The Reprogramming and Regeneration Laboratory is studying the mechanisms controlling somatic cell reprogramming and tissue regeneration. In particular, we are studying how the Wnt/b-catenin signalling pathway controls these processes, and how cell-fusion-mediated cellular reprogramming contributes to tissue regeneration and homeostasis. We tackle these questions with different approaches and through different disciplines, which range from the nanoscale level of observation of cell functions, up to the whole mouse organ.

- You have multiple years of experience in bioinformatic, artificial intelligence
- You have proven experience in analysing omic data and super resolution imaging data
**Education and training**
- You hold a Phd in computational science or maths
**Languages**
- You are fluent in English
**Technical skills**
- You have advanced skills with programming
- Highly developed organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team with multiple scientists
- Flexibility to be involved in multiple projects
